Complete DIY carburetor bushing installation kit allows you to install bushings on all carburetors with 3/8" throttle shafts.

Works on Rochester Quadrajet secondary throttle shafts.

Kit contains everything you need to correctly do the job yourself. The key to this kit is the specially machined piloted drill that aligns itself with the existing throttle shaft bore. Complete and detailed instructions are included.

Enough supplies included to install bushings on 3 carburetors. Bulk 10-pack bushings are available separately (Q4313).

Carburtors with worn throttle shaft bores allow excessive unfiltered air to enter the engine and since the carburetor "doesn't see" this air, it can't compensate for it with the proper amount of fuel. A worn shaft can cause an erratic idle and throttle binding issues.
