Covid has greatly impacted all shipping companys and customs operations, this has caused potential delays in delivery for both Domestic (USA) and International deliverys. Be aware that USPS International deliveries can take up to 90 days or more. (Depending on whether your package is lucky and finds it way on an airplane or it may be shipped by boat which takes longer) DO NOT ORDER INTERNATIONAL IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!

Our standard USA shipping method is USPS First Class Mail and we also offer USPS Priority Mail for faster service. The USPS (United States Postal Service) offers estimated transit times. Our experience has been that these times are usually accurate, but the USPS does not guarantee these times and exceptions do occur. Estimated Transit times begin when package is picked up by USPS, not from when order is placed. Most USPS orders placed before 12 noon(EST) on Monday thru Friday ship the same day, most USPS orders placed after 12 noon(EST) ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.

Federal Express Shipping -
We offer Fed-Ex Home Delivery Ground Service for USA orders. Fed-Ex Home Delivery Ground shipments require a physical street address to ship, they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery time estimates are based on business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays) and starts once the order is packaged and picked up by Fed-Ex. Most Fed-Ex orders placed before 9am(EST) on Monday thru Friday ship the same day, most Fed-Ex orders placed after 9am(EST) ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. The day of pickup is not counted towards estimated delivery date. Fed-Ex delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
For example:
Order is packaged and ready to ship on Tuesday.
Fed-Ex picks up package on Tuesday.
Day 1 is Wednesday.
Day 2 is Thursday. And so on.

We do not offer overnight or express shipping options. All shortages and shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If you require any packages to be insured for more than the invoiced charge amount, please contact us and request that additional insurance be purchased for your package.

Free shipping offer for internet placed orders- Free shipping and handling on internet orders of $75 or more applies to standard USPS Mail service, the entire order must be shipped in one package to one location in the United States only. To receive this Free Shipping offer, the order MUST be placed online with a qualifying merchandise purchase of $75 or more is required - qualifying merchandise order total excludes shipping and taxes. Free shipping is only free if you receive and keep your item. Phone orders are not eligable for Free Shipping.

International Orders- International orders are welcomed. Any additional duty or tariffs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International customers have 2 shipping options.
- USPS International Priority - United States postal Service (USPS) estimates shipment time of 6-10 Business days, but this is not guaranteed. Tracking information is supplied.
- USPS International First Class - USPS does not give a shipping time estimate, but it is generally 20-60 days. Do not select USPS First Class if you need your parts in a timely fashion. No tracking information is available for First Class shipments.

Shipping Confirmation Email-
On-line orders will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. The email will include the package tracking number if applicable.

Prices-Every effort possible will be made to hold published prices; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. Sales shipped to a New Jersey address, are subject to 6.625% New Jersey sales tax. Special Items on Sale are only available on online orders only.

Quantity Discounts-Quantity discounts are available on many items purchased at quantities of 10 or more of the same part number. Quantity discounts are only valid on internet orders.

Phone Orders-
Phone ordering is only for USA customers, International customers must use webstore.
Phone orders are not eligable for Free shipping, Quantity discounts or Special sale pricing.

Damages in Shipment- If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact GHP/ within 24 hours to initiate a claim. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the delivering carrier. Retain all packing materials. Do not return damaged items to unless directed to do so.

Returns- Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item please contact us, tell us why and obtain a RGA number or Return Goods Authorization number. Print RGA# on the outside of the return parcel. Eligible returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and no returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase. Returns without an RGA# on the outside of the shipping carton will be refused and returned to the sender. Include a copy of the original invoice. Returned part must be in perfect resale condition and be in the original, unopened and sealed packaging. Special orders, books, electrical components or carburetor jets are not returnable. Returned items MUST be shipped in original box, DO NOT return parts in an envelope. (Parts are damaged in envelopes) Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless was at fault and/or made an error. Free shipping is only available if you receive and keep your items. Refused/Undeliverable Shipments- All expenses resulting from an undeliverable shipment due to an invalid/incorrect customer supplied address will be the responsibility of the customer. If shipment is refused by the customer or returned by carrier due to inability to complete delivery of package, will refund the order less shipping costs. If the refused/undeliverable order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be charged for the shipping. If you still need the part, you will need to process a new order. Shipping costs incurred are not refundable.
