Replaces Rochester OEM gasket # 1248516

1/4" thick gasket helps insulate carburetor from intake manifold heat and raises the carburetor to increase plenum volume. Raises the huge secondary throttle plates, relieving upper plenum restriction at full throttle, when used on a dual plane intake manifold.
Nylon buttons at mounting bolt locations prevent over tightening of gasket.
