Suggested Parts:
We recommend installing a new fuel filter spring to replace a weak or missing spring. The spring is installed in the carburetor body first then the filter goes in next with the inside of the tapered cone facing in, towards the carburetor. The fuel filter will not work with a missing or weak spring.

Also be sure to install a new Inlet Fitting Gasket:

For Rochester carburetors with 1" inlet threads use #2232
