Electric Choke Thermostat Kit - Rochester

High quality (USA made) stock replacement assembly with OEM style "L" shaped terminal. When used with Pigtail wire connector #1331 or OEM connector, wire connector will lock positively on terminal. Electric Choke Thermostat fits Rochester Quadrajet, Twojet and Dualjet carburetors. Can also be used on many 4G/Four-jet carburetors.

Note:
Screws included with this kit are 4214, OEM sized screws. If you are replacing a thermostat that is retained with pop rivets, you will need to purchase over sized/self tapping screws 4215 or replacement pop rivets 4216. Bi-metal coil design may differ from photo, but will function the same. When heated, bi-metal coil will wind-up. (rotating counter clockwise when viewed from backside of thermostat)

Hot-Air Choke to Electric Choke Conversion:
This electric choke thermostat can be used to replace original hot-air thermostat, just run 12volts to the thermostat and remove original hot-air choke thermostat gasket.

Note: Pigtail connector #1331 or OEM connector is required.
