Solid State Electronic Automatic Choke Kit-

Easy to install electronic choke kit converts remote/divorced choke carburetors to a solid state electronic choke. Contains everything you need: Electric choke thermostat housing assembly and mounting bracket, choke rod, heat sensor, wiring and detailed instructions.

Efficient choke operation affects fuel economy during the first 5 miles of driving after starting the engine.

Note:
Choke rod moves up when thermostat element heats up.

** Control rod must be changed before installation for Big Block applications.

Note:
This Choke conversion kit (#1221P) is similar to choke conversion kit #1221L with exception to the direction the choke rod moves.

This choke kit is designed for use with original intake manifolds from applications listed above. It may or may not fit on aftermarket or different year/application intake manifolds. Aftermarket intakes may require the choke thermostat bracket and/or intake manifold to be modified and altered in order to mount electric choke to intake manifold.

 Identification Help:  This conversion kit is designed for intake manifolds that originally were equipped with a divorced choke style with mounting points similar to our part #1211S.
